Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 18, 2026
Effective Date: April 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms & Beta Status

By registering for, accessing, or using the AGG Loop service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Beta Phase: You acknowledge that AGG Loop is currently in a public Beta phase. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for testing and development purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta access, globally or for individual accounts, at any time without prior notice or liability. Network performance, tunnel stability, data retention, and feature availability are not guaranteed during this phase.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

AGG Loop provides Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and reverse tunneling capabilities designed for legitimate engineering, enterprise, and development purposes. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Host, distribute, or tunnel traffic to malware, ransomware, or Command and Control (C2) servers.
  • Facilitate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized network probing.
  • Bypass ISP restrictions for the purpose of distributing illegal content or copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Deploy phishing sites, spam gateways, or any deceptive infrastructure.
  • Mask the origin of abusive traffic aimed at third-party networks or infrastructure.

Violation of this AUP will result in immediate, unappealable termination of your tunnels, permanent account suspension, and potential reporting of your origin IP and telemetry data to relevant network authorities and law enforcement.

3. Beta Telemetry & Analytics Access

Due to the experimental nature of the Beta phase, extensive monitoring is required to ensure platform stability and security.

By participating in the AGG Loop Beta, you explicitly acknowledge and consent that AGG Labs engineers and automated systems maintain full access to the operational analytics of all your configured applications and tunnels. This includes, but is not limited to: request volumes, error rates (HTTP 4xx/5xx), bandwidth consumption, origin IP addresses of visitors, routing latencies, and metadata associated with connection drops. This data is strictly utilized for debugging, infrastructure optimization, capacity planning, and abuse prevention.

4. Data Routing & Processing Locations

AGG Loop operates on a distributed global edge network. When you establish a tunnel, your traffic and the traffic of your users will be routed through our edge nodes.

While we dynamically route traffic to the nearest optimal datacenter, you acknowledge that packet traversal may cross international borders depending on network congestion, BGP routing updates, and active DDoS mitigation strategies. By using the Service, you consent to this global processing and transit of your network packets. We do not inspect decrypted L7 payload data unless you explicitly enable such logging features in your dashboard.

5. Account Security & API Keys

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AGG Loop dashboard credentials, SSH keys, and API tokens. Any tunnels established or traffic routed using your credentials are your sole legal responsibility. You must notify us immediately if you suspect your account, keys, or endpoints have been compromised.

6. Fair Use & Bandwidth Restrictions

While AGG Loop Beta is offered without monetary cost, it operates under a strict Fair Use Policy to protect our hardware. We actively monitor bandwidth consumption, concurrent connection limits, and packet-per-second (PPS) rates. We reserve the unilateral right to throttle, rate-limit, or completely disable tunnels that consume disproportionate network resources or threaten the stability of our edge nodes for other users.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGG Labs, its affiliates, directors, engineers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your tunneled applications caused damage to a third party.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Read Carefully

The Service is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AGG Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, accuracy, or security of the Service. We explicitly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AGG Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, business opportunities, or network integrity resulting from your use of, or inability to use, AGG Loop—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service and disconnect your nodes immediately.
